2: CASE TYPE CODE W/DESCRIPTION: |
A code and description indicating the administrative category of a case. |

STATUS: |
The administrative status of a case. |
4: CASE STATUS ACTION: |
The status action that set the administrative status of a case. |
5: CASE STATUS DATE: |
The date of the case status action. |
6: SURFACE MANAGEMENT ACRES: |
The acres quantity representing the amount of surface management acres of a case. |
7: CLAIM NAME: |
The name of the mining claim, if applicable. |
8: FRC SITE CODE: |
The identification code assigned to a Federal Records Center. |
9: ACCESSION NUMBER: |
An identification number assigned to a shipment of files by the Federal Records Center. |
10: BOX NUMBER: |
The number assigned by the Federal Records Center to identify the box wherein a specific case resides. |
11: DISPOSITION DATE: |
This is the disposition date upon which FRC will either destroy a case or put it into permanent retention. |
12: LOCATION CODE: |
A code identifying the location of a Federal Records Center in which a case is stored. |
13: ABANDONMENT YEAR: |
Date the mining claim is statutorily deemed abandoned by failure of the claimant to file documents. |
