What does this data set describe?

Title:
National Conservation Areas (NCA), National Recreation Areas (NRA), and Special Management Areas (SMA) within Alaska
Abstract:
This dataset contains the National Conservation Areas (NCA), National Recreation Areas (NRA), and Special Management Areas (SMA) within Alaska. NCA and NRA data is based entirely on the "Administrative Large Parcel Boundaries" dataset produced by the AK Department of Natural Resources. SMA data was derived from Alaska State DNR PLSS section data. Inholding information from Native Allotment dataset.
