Township/Section Locator

This tool allows you to determine the township and section for a geographic point.
Requirements:
  1. Enter longitude first, then latitude in the form below
  2. Latitude and longitude may be specifed in decimal degrees or degrees, minutes, seconds (see example below)
  3. When using decimal degrees, west longitudes must be specified as a negative number.
  4. Coordinates are specified in NAD 83 datum
